RN/LPN

State-of-the-art rehabilitation and health care center seeks RN's (Registered Nurses) and LPN's (Licensed Practical Nurses) for weekend night shift 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. (part-time). Qualifying candidates must be licensed in Illinois. Experience preferred.

Basic job description includes:
-Assessing clinical conditions
-Administering medications and treatment plans
-Supervising Certified Nurses Aides

Chef

Prepare and serve nourishing and attractive meals, adhering to dietary and nutritional guidelines specific to each resident. Review food menus and work orders to determine the type and quantities of food to be prepared. Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes in a sanitary manner to ensure the highest quality. Review menus to identify all foods required for therapeutic diets before preparing food. Minimum of 2 years experience as a cook in a health care or restaurant setting and Sanitation Certificate required.
